    Terms of Service

    These terms govern your use of the AVRM-Soft website and the Small Tester Chrome extension (together, the “Service”), operated by AVRM-Soft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these terms.

    The Service

    Small Tester is an AI test-automation tool. It can operate with your own LLM API key (BYOK) or with built-in AI models provided through our backend and billed in credits. We may add, change, or remove models and features; material changes to paid features are announced in advance where reasonably possible.

    Accounts

    You must provide a valid email address. Accounts may be created explicitly (sign-up) or automatically from a completed checkout; in the latter case setting a password is optional and paid features work without it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

    Subscriptions, credits, and billing

    • Paid plans renew monthly and grant a fixed monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
    • When your allowance is exhausted, built-in-model usage pauses until the next billing period — there is no overage billing and no surprise charges. BYOK usage is unaffected.
    • Free accounts receive one-time trial credits (verified email required) and a small monthly credit refill that does not accumulate.
    • Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record; their terms apply to the payment transaction. Prices are shown at checkout.
    • You can cancel any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

    Acceptable use

    • Use the Service only to test websites and applications you own or are authorized to test.
    • Do not attempt to use the built-in models as a general-purpose LLM proxy, resell access, share accounts to farm trial credits, or circumvent rate limits and caps.
    • Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate third-party terms or rights.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of the unused period where the law or our refund policy requires it.

    Intellectual property

    The Service, including the extension and this website, is our intellectual property. Your test cases and test data remain yours.

    Disclaimers and liability

    The Service is provided “as is”. AI-driven test execution is probabilistic: we do not warrant that tests will run without errors or that results are complete or correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
