Refund Policy

Unused credits are refunded in full

Small Tester subscription credits are consumed as you use the built-in AI models, and they correspond to compute costs we incur at the moment of use. Used credits are non-refundable.

If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we refund the value of the credits remaining unused from that billing period — in full, calculated as a proportion of the amount paid for that period. This applies to every subscription charge, including renewals. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Example: the $10 Starter plan grants 1,000 credits. If you have used 300 credits when you request the refund, we refund $7 — the full value of the 700 credits you never used.

After 14 days, or where all credits for the period have been used, charges are non-refundable except where required by law or at the discretion of our payment provider.

EU/UK consumers

By beginning to use the Service you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is reduced in proportion to the service already supplied. You remain entitled to a proportionate refund for any unused portion as required by law.

How to request a refund

Email avrm.soft@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase (or include your payment reference). We process refund requests within 5 business days; the money returns via the original payment method, subject to your bank's processing times. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record.

After a refund

The refunded subscription is canceled and its remaining credit allowance is removed. Your account, any BYOK usage, and the free tier remain available. You can also cancel at any time without requesting a refund — cancellation stops future charges and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
